About Sleuth Insights
Sleuth offers AI-powered tools for biotech investors. Biotech data analysis is a manual and error-prone process despite multi-billion dollar investment and development decisions hinging on its output. Sleuth leverages public and proprietary datasets, a patent-pending algorithm, and analyst input to generate probability distributions that guide decision-making.
How we built with Andrew
Near Horizon worked with Andrew to design and build his product to solve the problem he’d identified. We then helped him acquire his first customer and raise his Seed funding.

Research
Interviewed 80+ potential customers to understand their problems and the requirements for potential solutions. The lessons learned radically changed the strategy of the company.

Designed 30 potential product directions to explore the solutions and choose the best approach. These were tested with customers and refined to ensure the product would be a “must-have” when available.

We developed novel mathematical approaches to enable unique solutions that were not possible before. Along the way, we developed a patent-pending technology that is the basis of Sleuth’s competitive advantage.

We built the first version of the Sleuth product, including both the AI-powered processing systems and the web interface.
